So the decision has been made that you are going to do whatever you need to do to finally lose weight, but should you seek outside help?
This is not a necessity and you should never feel like you should seek help from someone else, but it can really help keep you motivated and keep you on track. Below are a list of people you might want to talk to.
First off, a therapist.
What? A therapist?
The truth is, some of us overeat because we are emotional eaters and we eat when we feel sad, depressed, or bored. They feel that the food will numb the pain or boredom that they feel, and even though it might help a bit, it is terrible for your health.
If you feel like this is you then I really do highly recommend you seek the help of a therapist or a support group to help you overcome this issue. So think about whether or not you do this. You might actually do this and not have even known about it!
A Dietitian / Nutritionist
A dietitian / nutritionist has been in the field for a long time and have studied just about every single diet out there. If you are not sure what diet to follow based on your needs then a dietitian can help get you started. In fact, if you are serious about your weight loss and health goals, I recommend everyone goes to see a dietitian and buy phentermine.
I have gone to one before and it was clear that they really did want to help me. They wanted me to be healthy and achieve my dream body. They DON’T just recommend a fad diet to you, in fact chances are good they will talk to you about how fad diets are terrible for your health. They can also do various tests on you to help you figure out how many calories you need to eat per day and also how many of those calories should come from carbs, proteins, phentermine and fats.
A Personal Trainer
I am torn between telling you to make up your own weight loss programs (or follow one of mine) or get a personal trainer. To be honest, most personal trainers only have to go to a few classes that last a few hours long, and then they can get their personal training certificate. The only reason I would tell you to get a personal trainer is so you can learn proper form and you can also use them to keep you motivated. However, they are expensive and other than that I really don’t think they are worth it.
Don’t get me wrong, I have talked to personal trainers before and they truly do want to help you lose weight, but a lot of them really didn’t know what they were talking about. However, if you really want someone to take you by the hand and tell you what you need to do to lose weight, then getting a prescription for Phentermine might be a good idea.
Your Friends and Family
If you are just starting your weight loss adventure, I think it would be a GREAT idea to tell your friends and family members about it. The reason I say this is because they care about you more than anyone else does and I know they all want you to succeed! There is no better feeling than knowing someone has your back no matter what.
Also, if you live with any of your friends or family members, they can make sure you stay on track with your diet and Phentermine weight loss program. If they notice you skipped a workout they can call you out on it, if they see you eating something healthy they can tell you to put it down. Trust me when I say your chances of being successful go up greatly when you have someone there by your side who can call you out on things! I used my brother to help me along the way and tell me when I was doing something wrong. It helped a lot!
Keep On Track Even When You Mess Up
One of the most important factors when it comes to losing weight is continuing to press on even when you mess up. You are going to mess up every once in a while, that’s just the way things are. Nobody is perfect and eventually you will realize that you are either eating something unhealthy or you are skipping your workouts. The people that are successful are the ones that realized they have messed up, they learn from it, and they move on.
If and when you mess up, just do exactly what they did. Accept the fact that you messed up, learn from it, and move on.
Many people freak out about it and end up giving up because of the guilt they feel. Make sure you don’t let it get to you. If you do mess up, think about all the days you didn’t mess up! I am willing to bet there have been a lot more days where you didn’t mess up than days where you did.
The more you accept the fact that you messed up and move on, you will start to realize that these mess up don’t happen much at all. I like to view the days I mess up as a cheat day. The body needs cheat days every once in a while so I don’t get too worked up about it. Remember, as long as you don’t make a habit out of it, failing every so often is no big deal!
Those that are mentally weak give up when they fail. Those that are strong move on and continue.
The important thing is that you learned from your mistakes. For example, anytime I take a Phentermine pill, I ask myself why.
Was it because I was out of healthy food? Was it because I was stressed out and needed something to make myself feel better? Did I have a craving I couldn’t overcome? Was I at a social event?
Whatever the reason was, think about it and ask yourself if there was anything else you could have done rather than messing up. This is how you learn from your experiences. Thomas Edison had a very famous quote.
He said: “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” Failing is part of being human.
Those who learn from failure and don’t give up are the ones that will reach their goals. To be honest, I am glad I have failed in the past.
If I didn’t fail in the past I wouldn’t have learned from it and I wouldn’t be the man I am today without those failures.
This is how we learn life lessons, and it is no different for when dieting.
